1. Approval of minutes of Regular Meeting May 6, 2019 and Special Meeting May 20, 2019.
2. Approval of blanket purchase orders in the sum of $60,350.00
3. Approval of payment of claims for:
           a. $660,255.25 from Fund 10 – General Fund ($358,942.83 is grant pass-through to Utilities)
           b. $1,394.08 from Fund 17 – Stilwell Improvement Authority
           c. $13,404.00 from Fund 20 – Capital Improvement Fund
4. Approval of May, 2019, payroll in the sum of $199,079.50

Regular Agenda

1. Discussion with possible decision concerning Vicky Couch request for clean-up and possible permanent solution to drainage on her property caused by the landscaping in City Park.

2. Discussion with possible decision concerning Katrina Beals request for trash cost adjustment.

3. Discussion with possible decision to adopt budget for FY 2019-2020.

4. Discussion with possible decision to adopt Resolution 2019-2020,

5. Discussion with possible decision to approve the lease agreement with the SAC Nutrition Program.

6. Discussion with possible decision to approve Ordinance #385-2019, An Annual Update to Ordinance 385 Concerning Fees and Permits Required by The City of Stilwell.

7. Discussion with possible decision to adopt, for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency clause by reason whereof the provisions of “Ordinance #385-2019” adopted above shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval, all as required by Law.

8. Discussion with possible decision to participate with Northeast Oklahoma Regional Alliance (NORA) in a grant application for USDA-RCDI; authorizing mayor and city clerk to execute necessary documents related thereto.

9. Discussion with possible decision to declare 6 of the replaced SCBA Carbon-Fiber cylinders with accessories as surplus and authorize sale.

10. Discussion with possible decision to approve Sales Tax Pledge Agreement with the Stilwell Improvement Authority for FY 2019-2020 – Police Department Loan.

11. Discussion with possible decision to approve annual property insurance payment of $22,522 to OMAG for FY 2019-2020.

12. Discussion with possible decision to approve renewal of ambulance service agreement with Pafford Emergency Medical Services of Oklahoma for FY 2019-2020, with no changes in service or cost.

13. Discussion with possible decision concerning the repair/replacement of the Depot roof.

14. Discussion with possible decision to approve lowering street limit on Hickory Street to 25 mph.

15. Discussion with possible decision to approve Cruise Night to include burnouts from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m., a Parade at 6 p.m. followed by Cruise Night until 10 p.m. on Saturday, June 15, 2019, with such actions (closing streets, etc.) as are deemed appropriate by the Police Department.
