Proclamation Requests

The City of Stilwell honors many local and national organizations, events and individuals by presenting them with an official Mayoral Proclamation.

Proclamations can be requested for a variety of things.

To request a Proclamation, please fill the online request form below and submit it for consideration. You may also directly contact Jean Ann Wright in the Mayor's Office 918 696-7143 or mayor@cityofstilwell.com to submit a request. Proclamation requests must be submitted at least 10 business days in advance of the event.

Upon receipt of the online request, you will be contacted and asked to provide additional information to complete the proclamation. If you have a template or a sample proclamation available, please attach it to the online request. You will be notified when the proclamation is complete and ready to be picked up, mailed, or presented. Please be sure to include a mailing address if applicable.
